1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and grab888 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the grab888 website located at https://grab888.cam, its subdomains, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on grab888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any other active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted at any time.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence or location.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not under self-exclusion or any other formal gambling-related restriction that would prohibit your participation.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, current, and complete information. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a chosen username and password.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of it changes. grab888 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information on your Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any other person. You agree to notify grab888 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

grab888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If grab888 detects the existence of duplicate Accounts attributed to the same individual (whether identified by name, identification number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator), all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate Accounts will be void.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, scraper, or other non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or other infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could impose a disproportionate or unreasonable load on grab888's systems.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

grab888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Instant Transfer, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, and LTC). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to methods verified as belonging to the Account holder following completed KYC. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Typical processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected, subject to KYC status and internal review requirements.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on grab888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the MYR-equivalent value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

grab888 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity, and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account with no recorded login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. The Company may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances. Players are advised to log in to their Account at least once every 12 months to prevent dormancy classification. Notice will be provided before any fees are applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

grab888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. Common rollover multiples range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier for each promotion is disclosed on the promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While active bonus funds remain in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 500 (or equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without replacement.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion through duplicate Accounts or other means will result in Account action.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap is disclosed within the promotion's individual terms.
• Non-Transferable: Bonus funds are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for real-money credits except in accordance with the applicable wagering terms.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on grab888 are subject to the following general betting rules. Category-specific rules (e.g., sports betting, live casino, crash games) are additionally governed by the rules applicable to those categories, which are available within the respective sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except in circumstances where the Company determines that a technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), the Company reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the applicable stake to the User's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted from time to time.
• The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its reasonable discretion.
• grab888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino and slot games. Results are independently audited and are not subject to manipulation by either the Company or the User.
• Any bet placed using funds that are subsequently determined to be fraudulent, or placed in breach of these Terms, will be declared void and the associated winnings forfeited.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the grab888 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud grab888 or other Users, including through the use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or structured betting patterns designed to generate profit without genuine risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbing").
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder the proceeds of crime, whether by depositing, cycling, and withdrawing funds or by any other method.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any form of automated betting software not expressly authorised by the Company.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to generate winnings or credits. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction through a payment provider. Users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their Account suspended and the chargeback amount, together with any associated administrative costs, will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by the Company

grab888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company reasonably believes that: the Account holder has breached these Terms; the Account is involved in fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity; or the Account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC procedures.

10.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is closed by grab888 as a result of a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance (including real-money deposits where the breach involves fraud) and to pursue recovery of any losses caused by the User's conduct through all available legal remedies.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the grab888 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and game assets, is the property of grab888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any data mining or extraction tools against the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grab888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, grab888 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss or damage to data; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; (c) any interruption or cessation of Platform availability; or (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit grab888's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gambling

grab888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automated logout when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time and money spent during a session.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which grab888 is duly licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to grab888's Customer Support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as notified to you at the time of escalation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

16 Amendments to These Terms

grab888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: a notification on the Platform homepage, an email to your registered address, or a notice upon your next login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
